Who can I call if I have a problem after hours or over the weekend?

One of our providers is always on call. You will never get an answering service. Call the main office number, listen to the menu prompts, and select the option for "On Call Provider". You will be transferred directly to one of our provider's cellphones. If they do not answer immediately, leave a message, and they will return your call promptly. For true emergencies, as always, please call 911.

When should I bring in my newborn baby?

Congratulations! Shortly before your baby is discharged from the hospital, the hospital pediatrician will recommend a specific timeframe within which you should come see us. This is commonly 1 to 3 days after discharge. As soon as you know when you need to bring your baby in, give us a call to schedule. We understand how critical this timeframe can be, and we do our utmost to never say no to a newborn. Please bring the discharge packet from the hospital with you to your first appointment.
